The double room was extremely pleasant with balcony, so that guests had essentials.

I think I got a lot for my money. The hotel is really nice and right on the beach. Staff is very helpfull. Breakfast is huge.The surroundings are nice if you want to relax. Altea is a small relaxed town. Busses or tram very close to, and with easy asses to other places on the coast.When I was there, there were mostly elderly people, and are you looking for diskos and nightlife go somewhere else, otherwise I can strongly recommend this hotel. The balkony and sound of the sea is great.

I just loved it.

Situation was good - the room was quiet.The breakfast was poor - the fresh fruit offered was dreadful- like rejects, no variation.at all & we would liken it to canteen fare.

The noise in the foyer meant there was really no quiet place to relax , No information in english about places of interest to visit

It has smart, excellent staff.

This is about the sixth time we have stayed at this hotel that is why we keep coming back. On our return journey we will try to get in again.

The only thing that we found to moan about was the slowness of the lifts.

The hotel is in a fabulous position right on the beach and every room has at least a partial sea view. The pool is very spacious and there is a good pool bar. The buffet breakfast was very good.

The breakfast offered a great variety of healthy options.

The dining area became chaotic during meal times, making it difficult to find a quiet spot.

It's a nicely appointedbudget hotel nestled in a Spanish style building.

Everything was good (clean comfortable room, good food) except of the loud music on Friday and Saturday night.

Well-equipped and extremely pleasant rooms where high standard with 6 foot beds. The service was exceptional, with a pool and a poolside bar provided. Besides, parking was in a secure area, that's important for me.

Just an ideal choice for a city break in Altea with attractive and competitive value for money. The bar staff, especially Roberto, were helpful and friendly . Try to get a room away from the car park for a better night's sleep.

the reception staff were very good and friendly but the restaurant staff were the total opposite. the pool area was reasonable and the food edible but very limited.i would rate this hotel as maximun 2 star.I have been travelling for more than 20 years andstayed in many 3,4,and 5 star hotels and i would say this particular hotel deserved a lower rating in general.

the room was scruffy and in dire need of repair and updating.the bathroom was particularly scruffy and the buffet dinner was poor.

could be a bit noisy of a night around the corridors and lifts, try to get a room furthest from the lifts.
